摘要国家科技情报治理是国家科技创新发展的重要保障条件,也是国家情报治理体系建设的必要组成部分。本文阐述了国家科技情报治理研究所关注的体制和政策等核心议题以及研究所采用的诸如历史分析、系统分析和生态解读等核心方法,指出国家科技情报治理研究强调重视情报工作在情报感知、情报刻画和情报响应等方面的特殊要求,追求营造健康、可持续的科技情报生态环境,要在尽量全面的时空视角下探索与国家总体安全观相契合、支持国家军民融合、创新驱动发展战略的情报学术成果。
