摘要本文旨在介绍20世纪70年代以来对世界社会学科产生广泛影响的跨学科理论——活动理论,及其在图书馆情报学领域(library and information science,LIS)的应用,展示这一整体性理论对分析和解决LIS问题的价值。在详述活动理论的起源发展、分析单元和主要思想之后,本文分析了LIS应用活动理论的中外论文,从“应用领域”、“研究问题”、“所应用的活动理论思想”、“应用路径”和“应用价值”等维度,展示了活动理论在LIS的应用现状和特点。该研究显示,截至目前,活动理论主要被应用于信息素养、信息系统和信息行为研究;活动理论的“中介调节”、“内外化”、“活动结构”、“矛盾”思想及其对情境的关注被广泛运用于上述研究领域;其应用路径主要有“使用其概念框架定义情境因素”、“使用其理论思想形成分析路径”和“基于其视角发展新框架和模型”三种。此外,活动理论在LIS的应用价值体现在四方面,即“为LIS相关领域提供共同的对话基础”、“为LIS研究提供整体性视角”、“为LIS相关问题提供发展视角”和“强调理论向实践转化”。上述研究显示,活动理论作为一种整体性理论,对LIS相关问题的解决具有显著的应用合理性和实用性。
