网络舆情事件中的羊群效应识别研究

摘要本文聚焦于网络舆情事件中羊群效应的识别问题，旨在系统构建其多维度量化识别方法，并进一步探究该效应的动态演化规律。首先，对网络舆情中的羊群效应进行分析解构；其次，构建融合语义特征与情感强度的用户动态网络，并采用Louvain-Blondel算法进行用户动态社区检测，进而从传播爆发性、主导社区影响力、群体聚集性和信息内容收敛性4个维度系统识别羊群效应。实证研究表明，羊群效应指数呈现“快速上升—波动—回潮—下降”的动态轨迹，模块度变化是关键驱动因素。具体而言，在舆情爆发阶段，模块度显著下降，主导社群快速形成并推动观点聚集；在重大信息披露节点，模块度再度下降引发羊群效应非线性回潮，表明外部刺激对群体行为具有显著激活作用。在有效性验证方面，羊群效应指数与评论数量变化高度同步（皮尔逊相关系数r=0.9172，p<0.001）；探索性因子分析表明，4个指标具有良好的结构效度，能够有效测量羊群效应的核心特征；灰色预测模型GM(1, 1)拟合与预测结果显示，该指数在不同阶段均具备良好的趋势响应与预测能力，尤其在平稳演化阶段表现出较高的预测准确性，验证了本文提出的识别方法的有效性。
