复杂信息环境下的科技情报教育赋能研究

摘要科技情报教育是情报学科教育的重要组成部分，复杂信息环境给科技情报教育带来了新的挑战。通过文献调研、网络调研等方法，了解国内外科技情报教育的意识、手段、知识和伦理等赋能教育内容的组织、呈现和实施规范，明确复杂信息环境下科技情报教育存在的“创新之变”与“守正之不变”。第一，科技情报教育的赋能内容愈加丰富，在新的知识储备、信息手段和伦理观念中，打造科技情报学新版图；第二，科技情报教育的赋能方式愈加灵活，在终身学习、深入实践和塑成意识中，形成应对复杂科技情报任务场景的能力；第三，科技情报教育的赋能目标愈加明确，在发展学科、输送人才和传递价值中，营造良性循环的情报环境。在此基础上，提出复杂信息环境下中国科技情报教育的赋能内容、方式及目标，有助于探求适合中国的科技情报教育的赋能模式。
