Identification of Key Influencing Factors of Value Flow in the Business Network Information Ecological Chain |

Abstract Value of collaborative creation and orderly flowing of business network information ecological chain is the key to maximizing the value of e-commerce. Identifying the key influencing factors of value flow not only enriches the relevant theoretical system but also provides reference for the operation of business websites in practice. By applying relevant theories to construct the value flow model of the business network information ecological chain, the influencing factors are determined based on the perspective of four-stream e-commerce. Nine key influencing factors are identified using the fuzzy set theory DEMATEL method, and the mechanism model of value flow is constructed. The key to optimizing the value flow is verified as the collaborative operation between subjects, the integration of information capabilities, and the orderly flow of funds.
