Abstract To ensure the stable and healthy development of the value creation of the business network information ecological chain, it is necessary to solve the short-term phenomenon of the collaborative value creation behavior of the main actor in the process of value creation effectively. It is also necessary to synthesize a variety of key influencing factors and examine the behavior strategy tendency and evolution path change of the main actor. Under limited reason conditions, analyze the strategic choice of the actor in the process of value creation based on evolution game model. Python is used to simulate the evolution path of collaborative value creation of business websites/distributors and consumers when various influencing factors change. The strong degree of consumer participation, good brand image of business websites/distributors, government led promotion effect of external environmental factors, and model of distribution according to the contribution degree can enhance “business websites-consumers” value creators’ cooperation intention and effectively stimulate enthusiasm for cooperation. Finally, according to the key influencing factors, some suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated creation and stable development of the value of the business network information ecological chain.
