摘要为了克服h指数对高被引论文重视不够、受载文量影响较大、区分度低等缺陷,本文提出了h_top指数,其基本原理是用h指数除以载文量的对数,然后再乘以高被引论文的比例。基于CNKI数据库和CSSCI图书馆、情报与文献学期刊进行实证,分析h_top指数的数据分布以及与其他文献计量指标的关系。h_top指数是个较全面的文献计量指标,适合进行界定评价对象时间范围的评价,可进一步修正h_top指数以解决作者合作问题,h_top作为文献计量指标进行进一步测试和推广。
