Abstract National technology program classification is an important tool for developing class index Please consider revising to “developing a class index,” as this is more formal and clear.and providing the basis for sharing and managing scientific and technological information resources. This paper analyzes the construction and features of classification schemes and proposes the following classification objects: national technology program projects, project evaluation experts, applicants and researchers, research results such as papers and patents, products, instruments and equipment, industry, and so on. It provides design blueprints Please consider revising to “blueprints.” This is a more formal word choice.for a multi- dimension classification scheme and clarifies the construction process in detail.
