Three-Dimensional Measurement of Scientific Collaboration Sustainability: Library and Information Science (LIS) and Physics & Astronomy (PHYS) as Examples

摘要探究科研合作持续性的特征和规律,有助于改进团队协作、优化科研人员的资源配置,进而提高科研绩效。本研究在阐述了科研合作持续性的多重属性及其内在逻辑的基础上,分别从合作持久性、合作稳定性以及合作黏合性三个维度来揭示科研合作持续性的主要特征,并以图书情报科学(library and information science,LIS)和物理学与天文学(physics & astronomy,PHYS)领域为例,探究这两个领域科研合作持续性的分布特征及其不同科研合作持续性下对应的学术表现。研究结果表明,两个领域的数据分布特征虽有一定区别,但总体结论相似;合作持久性和合作黏合性与学术论文产出存在显著的正相关关系,而高合作稳定性并不会带来高学术论文产出;高合作持久性和高合作稳定性并不利于学术产出质量的提高,合作黏合性与学术产出质量之间的关系较小。与单一维度的方法相比,三维测度可以更加全面地剖析科研合作的持续性特征,为科研合作持续性测度研究提供了新思路。
