摘要 “以促进感知的形式呈现情报”，使情报成果快速有效传递，是情报理论与实践的重要议题。本文讨论了情报刻画（exploitation）的意涵、学术源流，阐述了情报刻画的对象内容和研究框架，强调了情报刻画研究路径和方法特色。本文认为，优秀的情报刻画作品，既依赖于严谨准确的情报感知等先期工作储备，也依赖于信息表达的专业能力。本文指出，情报刻画研究的内容主体包括导视规则、摹因技巧和刻画工具，情报刻画的核心概念包括摹因（meme）、情报事实（intelligence evidence/facts）、批判性思维等，情报刻画的理论和实践是情报学理论体系探索中不可或缺的对象成分。
