摘要自语义网提出已逾20年，语义网经历了兴盛与徘徊，低谷与复兴。作为关联数据的应用与延伸，知识图谱的推广给语义网带来了新的发展动力，在当前相关梳理稀少与智能化瓶颈显现的背景下，语义网及其相关技术迫切需要一份系统的总结与反思。本文以语义网主题下的顶尖会议——国际语义网大会（International Semantic Web Conference，ISWC）为研究对象，采用文献调研结合计量统计的方法，对语义网2002—2018年的研究内容进行梳理与归纳，整理出近两年国际语义网资源建设情况，并从语义网数据的获取与处理、数据存储与访问、技术及其具体应用三个角度展开分析。研究发现，美国、德国、英国是语义网领域研究的领跑国家。语义网的资源建设具有多元化、开放化、非商业化的特征，语义网当前研究重点已从语义理解逐渐转向数据资源关联与建设。
