摘要本研究探讨用户的认知风格与数字图书馆环境下信息检索行为的关系,通过实验研究的方法,招募了30位北京师范大学用户,布置了专指、一般和抽象三类任务,通过屏幕录制软件记录用户检索过程,并借助内容分析法从基本检索特征和一次检索会话内的检索行为特征两方面,探讨场独立和场依存这两种不同认知风格的用户在检索行为上的差异。结果发现,两类用户在检索点、检索功能的使用相关的基本检索行为特征上,以及一次检索会话中体现的检索时长、提问调整次数以及提问调整模式等行为特征上差异显著。
