摘要基于前期质性研究构建的理论模型，本研究旨在揭示慢性病患者在健康管理过程中如何利用健康信息以及不同程度健康信息利用（高水平或低水平）的影响因素。本研究采用问卷调查法收集数据，结合多元线性回归分析和模糊集定性比较分析方法分析数据，识别影响用户不同程度信息利用水平的条件组合及核心因素。研究发现，慢性病患者健康信息利用影响因素可归纳为两种模式——以个体特征为核心影响因素的组合模式和以健康信息特征为核心影响因素的组合模式。基于个体特征的组合模式包括以健康信息素养为核心因素的认知能力驱动型、以自我效能感为核心因素的动机驱动型及以健康信息素养与自我效能感为核心因素的双因素驱动型。基于信息特征的组合模式包括信息内容质量驱动型及多因素驱动型，信息内容质量驱动型的核心影响因素为健康信息的论据质量和情绪倾向，多因素驱动型的核心影响因素为信息源专业性、可信度、可执行性和视觉表达型载体偏好。本研究拓展了健康信息行为研究领域，构建了慢性病患者健康信息利用影响因素理论模型，为改进针对慢性病患者的健康信息服务提供了理论和实践指导。
