摘要本研究利用前期研究构建的伪健康信息特征列表，采用实验研究方法，探讨不同年龄用户的真伪健康信息甄别能力。一方面检验该特征列表用于提升用户健康信息甄别能力的可行性，另一方面探讨用户健康信息甄别能力提升的影响因素。研究设计三组实验，分别为青年组（以大学生为样本）、中年组和老年组。每组两轮实验（前测和后测），分析44名青年人、67名中年人和39名老年人参与实验获得的数据，并利用ANOVA检验、配对样本T检验验证两轮实验结果的差异，探究两轮实验中不同因素对用户判断真伪健康信息结果的影响。研究发现，年龄是影响网络用户健康信息甄别能力及能力提升的主要因素。随着年龄的增长，用户健康信息甄别能力呈现下降的趋势。性别、户籍所在地和对健康信息关注度等因素显著影响了中年和青年用户甄别健康信息能力的提升。伪健康信息特征列表能够显著提升青年人和中年人判断伪健康信息的准确率，但对老年人健康信息甄别能力的提升却并不显著，探究其他方案以提升老年人健康信息甄别能力仍然十分必要。研究结果对如何开展中年、青年网络用户的健康信息素养教育，提升他们的健康信息素养具有理论和实践意义。
